What does your city mean to you?

I am an artist and I was born here in Amsterdam, and I will most likely die here too. And everything between birth and death has happened in Amsterdam for me. I feel most cities are the same, and apart from some outer appearances, it is the same thing whether it is Amsterdam or any other city.

Name one city you would like to live in – and why?

I am happy and content in Amsterdam, but I would like to see China and its cities. I have heard a lot about the landscape in China and would like to see it. It will be very different from what I have seen so far.
